Resource Consents
Resource consents are often required before you can subdivide, build or undertake earthworks. We prepare and lodge resource consent applications and work with councils and planners to get your project approved.
A resource consent is permission from your local council to carry out an activity that is not permitted as of right under the district or regional plan — most commonly subdivision, but also some building and land-use activities.
